Fun Decorations for a Fourth of July Wedding!
Happy Holiday week everyone!
This is it- the final countdown to the all-American wedding between my friend Anna and the love of her life, PJ! All the fun happens this Friday with a reception at the Rattlers stadium, which just needs a few patriotic touches! Here’s an overview of some of the great little projects Anna has been putting together for her big day! Check back in next week for photos from the wedding to see how it all turns out!
Programs
The look:
Simple one page booklet with black and white photo of the lovebirds.
The supplies:
Black and white photos, red and blue cardstock folded in half, bakers twine.
Table Top
The look:
Floral arrangements with white baby’s breath and eucalyptus stems get a combination of pennants with fun messages and patriotic pinwheels!
The supplies:
To make the pennants- heavy cardstock, bamboo sticks, paper punch, red rick-rack trims, silver puffy sticker letters to spell out messages.
Hanging
Cake Topper & Guest Book Sign-In
Supplies:
Bamboo sticks, silver puffy sticker letters, bakers twice and blue cardstock.
“Sign Me” bamboo sticks will be stuck in clear jars with glass fillers.
Place cards
My current project! This one involves some frames, easels, wire and these hundred tiny clothespins that Anna spray painted silver!
