  Hey Tammy! Thanks for finding me! I would recommend a wood look LVT product in the lower level, since it will hold up better against moisture than laminate and be warmer than ceramic tile. Or you could just go with a stained concrete! That can be very cool!

I love the color of the Flagstone siding. We have picked it for our siding update but are having trouble deciding on the shingles. What brand/color did you use on your house? None of the colors of my favorite shingle, GAF Woodland, look quite right.

  Most of the shingles we use on our new construction builds are Landmark architectural shingles by CertainTeed. The most popular colors of these are Weathered Wood and Driftwood. We have also used Moire Black with the Flagstone siding. Hope this helps! Good luck with your project- I’d love to hear more about how it turns out!

Loving the design at W6718 Prescott Drive all the way from Oklahoma! Such a calming color scheme. Do you mind sharing the cabinet, trim, and wall colors in the kitchen/living area? Grays are such hard colors to pick.

  I’ll try to help you out Lauren! Thanks for visiting my website from the Sooner State! The wall color is Sherwin Williams Repose Gray, the trim is Sherwin Williams Marshmellow and the cabinets are a custom grey color selected with our cabinet company. I would suggest looking at Sherwin William swatches close to the wall color but darker and with a hint more blue to get this look! Thanks again- hope this helps!

    Thanks so much!! I have Repose Gray in my entry way now but it looks a little darker. Wish I had all that natural light. Was Repose Gray used in the dinning room as well? Looks a little different but it could be the lighting. Again, great design, I think the backsplash is my favorite part.

      Believe it or not- the entire house is sprayed the Repose Gray, even the ceilings! It is amazing how different some gray colors become in different lighting. And the tile backsplash at this home was one of my favorites too!

I am searching for a luxury vinyl tile (LVT) that is waterproof (like Coretec, etc.) in a more contemporary pattern. I desperately want to find a pattern like the LVTs shown in your shower design. Not a wood-look or an imitation of stone; I hope to find a linen or brushed pattern like many lovely new porcelain tiles. Can you help me find something like this? I would be very appreciative!!
