There is a story in this picture that i have yet to write…

It will be about this unexpected jar, found at an old home site while cutting up a tree.

It will allude to a life left behind

and a time long ago.

It will be about the innocence of the field, so green and ready for new growth,

the promise of the sun glinting off the dusty glass,

the dormancy of the treeline in the backdrop that has yet to begin its greatest season.

Yes, I like this picture very much and there is a story there that I will someday write…
