Last spring Home Tour begins today!

The southern and western Fox Cities all the way down to Oshkosh have one last parade of homes to get you excited about building this year!   The Winnegamie Home Builders Association rounds out the past few months of home tours, home shows and other home events with their Spring Parade.  The MDH entry, located in Neenah, has some great little details.  I am excited to see the fully finished and staged home when I arrive tonight, but in the meantime- here is a peak at this 2300 sq ft 1.5 story design!

For all of those white kitchen lovers out there- this one is sure to make you happy!

White quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and my new favorite lights- these smoked grey glass pendants.

The layout offers a great open concept with a breakfast nook and patio door to the backyard.

The flooring is a low maintenance luxury vinyl plank that extends into the Great Room, which offers a few surprises as well-  including the coffer ceiling and shiplap detail over the fireplace.

And for those of you who think there is no such thing as a stylish ceiling fan- this one will give you pause!

I also really loved the two-panel interior doors and the grey-blue stain that worked seamlessly with the other warm neutrals in the home.

And my final little share to spark your interest comes from the niche in the master baths tile shower-

How classic and, dare I say- pretty– is this little detail?
